Lincoln Lo

Lincoln Lo is an experienced civil engineer with a strong background in project delivery and sustainability. Currently serving as the Deputy Director of Project Delivery and Sustainability for the City of Irvine since September 2023, Lincoln has held various leadership roles, including Deputy Director of Public Works for the City of Rancho Palos Verdes and Deputy Chief Harbor Engineer at the Port of Long Beach. With nearly two decades of experience in civil engineering, previous positions include Assistant City Engineer and Civil Engineer for the City of Long Beach, as well as Project Engineer roles with Psomas and Hall and Foreman, Inc. Lincoln Lo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
