Victoria Heidelman has a wealth of experience in the field of volunteer services and community development. Their most recent position was with the City of Irvine as the Community Services Senior Leader for the Senior Services Volunteer Program. Prior to this, they worked for St. Joseph Hospital for ten years as the Director of Volunteer Services. During their time there, they successfully recruited and managed a large number of volunteers, reduced turnover rates, and chaired the Hospital Operations Council. Before that, Victoria held roles at the St. Jude Memorial Foundation, CampFire Boys & Girls, American Red Cross, and Girl Scout Council of Orange County. Their roles ranged from Director of Development to Board President and Field Director.
Victoria Heidelman attended UC Santa Barbara from 1972 to 1976, during which they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree. Their field of study focused on Sociology and Criminal Justice.
