Larry Holmes

Larry Holmes has extensive experience in civil engineering and technical roles, currently serving as a Senior Engineering Technician with the City of Irving since November 2015. In this position, Larry is responsible for preparing engineering designs and technical documents for various Public Works projects. Previously, Larry worked as a Survey Technician and Technical Engineer for the US Army from September 2011 to September 2019, conducting land surveys and designing infrastructure using AutoCAD. Additional experience includes a role as a Security Officer at DFW International Airport and as a Call Center Supervisor at Telvista Inc. Larry holds a diploma in General Education from Pine Tree High School, obtained in 1991.
