Marina Bandla Pe

Marina Bandla, PE, is an accomplished Senior Transportation Engineer at the City of Issaquah since January 2023, with a comprehensive background in transportation engineering gained from previous roles at Otak and other organizations. At Otak, Marina served as a Transportation Engineer and Assistant Project Manager, specializing in the design of trails, roadways, and bus rapid transit systems, while managing project schedules and client communications. Earlier experience includes internships at Intel Corporation and HDR, focused on civil engineering tasks and bridge inspections. Marina holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Santa Clara University and has engaged in coaching and leadership roles within the Lake Oswego Water Polo Organization.
