Allan Keelen

Allan Keelen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in information technology and project management. Currently serving as the Information Technology Services Manager and Business Analyst/Project Manager for the City of Jacksonville Beach since June 2018, Allan also operates a small business specializing in hair and photography. Previous roles include Project Lead at Leidos, focusing on anti-terrorism and support for Navy installations, and Contract Lead/Project Manager at SAIC, where Allan managed IT services across 22 Navy installations. Allan’s military background as a Helicopter-Rescue Crewman for the US Navy provided foundational skills in operational effectiveness and leadership. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of North Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Columbia College.
