Ruth Remsen

Ruth Remsen currently serves as the Budget Officer for the City of Jacksonville Beach since May 2023. Prior to this role, Ruth held the position of Water Wastewater Specialist at JEA from July 2010 to May 2023, where responsibilities included ensuring accurate reporting of costs in the General Ledger and tracking expenses against the budget. Ruth Remsen earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from Jacksonville University, attending from 2001 to 2003.
