Ed Randolph

Ed Randolph is an experienced economic development professional currently serving as the Executive Director of Economic Development for the City of Jacksonville since July 2023. Prior to this role, Ed held the position of Director of Economic Development at JEA from August 2022 to August 2023 and served as the Director of Business Development for the Office of Economic Development in Jacksonville from September 2005 to August 2022. Earlier in his career, Ed worked as a Senior Development Analyst at Suffolk County Water Authority between 2000 and 2004. Ed has an extensive educational background, including a Master of Public Administration from LIU Post, a Certification in Transportation and Logistics from the University of North Florida, an Advanced Graduate Certificate in Environmental Management from the State University of New York, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the State University of New York.
