Tillis Q. Devaughn

Tillis Q. DeVaughn serves as the President and CEO of The DeVaughn Group, LLC., a certified disabled veteran-owned training and staffing company specializing in government contracting since October 2015. In addition, Tillis holds the position of Director of Program Management at the City of Jacksonville, where leadership has been provided in developing the Jacksonville Day Resource Center to assist the homeless population, including veterans. Extensive project management experience includes overseeing diverse teams, managing human resources, securing funding, and fostering partnerships with community stakeholders. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business from Jacksonville University, a Master's degree in Educational Leadership from the University of North Florida, and certifications in Six Sigma Green Belt. Prior military service includes personnel administration in the United States Army.
