Tracy Griffin

Tracy Griffin is an experienced professional with a diverse background in appraisal, quality control, and operations management. Currently serving as a Certified Residential Appraiser with the City of Jacksonville since August 2013, Tracy evaluates and maintains mass appraisals to ensure market value fairness. Tracy also holds a Quality Control Inspector position in the US Navy Reserve, overseeing adherence to project specifications since 2010. Previous roles include various leadership and management positions in the U.S. Navy Reserve and experience as Operations Manager at Rooftec Systems Inc, managing quotes and materials. Tracy's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in General Education and Small Business Management from Southern New Hampshire University, and an Associate degree in Construction Management from Coastline College.
