Lerato Malungana

Lerato Malungana has a background in both administration and customer service within the banking industry. Currently serving as an Administration Manager at City of Joburg Property Company, Lerato has experience in handling reports and providing end-to-end admin processes to reduce risk and prevent fraud. With previous roles at Nedbank and Standard Bank, Lerato has also worked in inbound and outbound call centers, as well as in branch administration and customer service consultancy. Lerato holds a certificate in Practical Accounting and a Diploma in Bookkeeping from Damelin.
