Brian Ross

Brian Ross currently serves as the Facilities Director for the City of Johnson City, a position held since May 2022. With a robust background in construction management, Brian has extensive experience in both commercial and residential sectors, having worked as a Project Manager at Preston Construction and as an Estimator/Preconstruction Manager at J. A. Street & Associates. Brian's career includes entrepreneurship as the owner of Ross Remodeling, where a focus on Universal Design and Building Science was emphasized. Additionally, Brian has contributed to education as an Adjunct Instructor at Northeast State Community College. Brian's earlier roles include various positions in estimating, project management, and purchasing at notable companies such as KB Home and Revival Construction. Educationally, Brian holds a degree in Engineering Technology with a concentration in Construction Management from East Tennessee State University.
