Caroline Mcilroy has extensive experience in customer service and member relations, currently serving as a Customer Service Officer at the City of Joondalup since February 2012. Prior to this role, Caroline worked at P&N Bank from November 2008 to January 2012, handling personal banking requirements including international banking. Caroline's career in customer service began at Commonwealth Bank, where the role of Customer Service Supervisor was held from January 1981 to October 1990. Education was completed at St Mary's Anglican Girls School, culminating in a high school diploma.
