Alesha Pisciotta

Alesha Pisciotta is a language services specialist currently employed by the City of Kansas City, MO since January 2025. Prior experience includes roles as an ESL enrollment specialist at Kansas City Public Schools and as a Spanish teacher at Académie Lafayette. Alesha also served as a French Graduate Teaching Assistant at The University of Kansas while working as a high school Spanish teacher for the Kansas City Kansas School District. Additional experience encompasses teaching French at the TRIO Upward Bound Program and prior roles in customer service and as a waitress. Alesha holds a Master’s degree in Linguistics from The University of Kansas and a bachelor's degree from Truman State University. Notable accomplishments include expanding clientele through targeted outreach and developing training materials for bilingual staff.
