Hector Quian

Hector Quian has extensive experience in the IT and engineering fields, currently serving as an IT Assistant for the City of Katy since April 2018. Prior to this role, Hector worked at Tech3 from April 2014 to March 2018 in an IT capacity, and spent over three decades at the Houston Fire Department as an Engineer Operator from November 1980 to October 2012. Educational background includes an Associate of Science in Fire Protection Technology from Houston Community College (1982-1984) and an Associate's degree in Automotive Technology from Texas State Technical College Waco (1977-1979).
