David Kerr

David Kerr, P.Geo. has extensive experience in environmental services management, currently serving as the Manager of Environmental Services for the City of Kawartha Lakes since 2008, overseeing water, wastewater, and solid waste divisions. Prior roles include Senior Project Manager for Water and Wastewater and Capital Planning with the City of Hamilton, where David managed the Drinking Water Source Protection Program and led various committees. Previous positions include supervising landfill operations, conducting hydrogeological assessments, and managing multi-disciplinary teams at Procter and Redfern Ltd/Earthtech Canada Ltd. David's career began as an Environmental Officer with the Ontario Ministry of the Environment. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geoscience from the University of Toronto.
