Cathy Clark

Cathy Clark has extensive experience in public service and education, currently serving as the Mayor of Keizer since 2014, with prior roles as a Keizer City Councilor. Clark serves on multiple boards including the Mid-Willamette Valley Homeless Alliance, SEDCOR, and the League of Oregon Cities Foundation, and has significant involvement in regional transportation policy. Previous roles include Grant Coordinator for the State of Oregon, providing executive-level support, and Executive Support Specialist for the Oregon Education Investment Board, focusing on educational policy. Clark has a strong foundation in education, having served as a home educator and math/science tutor, along with early research experience at Oregon State University. Clark holds a Master's degree in Biology from Kansas State University and a Bachelor's degree in Wildlife Biology from the University of California, Davis.
