Keare Blaylock is an experienced professional in environmental management, currently serving as the Environmental-Technical Division Manager for the City of Keizer since October 2018, where responsibilities include managing environmental compliance and GIS. Previously, Keare held the position of Senior Environmental Program Technician at Marion County Public Works for eight years, in addition to serving as an Environmental Specialist. Keare possesses a Graduate Certificate in Geographic Information Science and Cartography from Oregon State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science from the same institution.
