Doug Gilchrist

Doug Gilchrist is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community planning and strategic investments. Currently, Doug serves as the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) for the City of Kelowna. Previous roles include Division Director for Community Planning and Strategic Investments, as well as Acting General Manager for Community Sustainability at the City of Kelowna. Doug's expertise also extends to past positions such as Senior Lands Officer with the Department of Indian & Northern Affairs and Appraiser at the BC Assessment Authority.
