John Vicente

John Vicente is an experienced engineering professional with a robust track record in project management. Currently serving as the Engineering Director and City Engineer at the City of Kenmore since March 2015, John also holds the position of Capital Projects Manager. Previously, John worked as a Capital Projects Manager at the City of Shoreline from July 2000 to March 2015. Prior to that role, John gained expertise in geotechnical engineering as a Senior Staff Engineer at AMEC from April 1998 to July 2000 and held the position of Assistant Manager at Professional Service Industries, Inc. (PSI) from October 1993 to March 1998, overseeing construction inspection and material testing. John Vicente earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Washington State University.
