Terri Bielenberg is a Civil Engineer and Project Manager with extensive experience spanning over two decades in the engineering field. Currently serving in the City of Kenmore since March 2018, Terri has prior experience as a Transportation Engineer at WSDOT from May 2006 to March 2018. Before that, Terri worked as a Systems Performance Engineer at AT&T from November 2000 to May 2006 and as an RF Design Engineer at Western Wireless from January 1995 to October 2000. Terri holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Washington State University, obtained between 1990 and 1993, and attended Spokane Falls Community College from 1987 to 1990.
