Bowen Hadley is a government employee with diverse experience across multiple sectors, currently serving the City of Kennewick since June 2022. Prior to this role, Bowen worked at the Washington State Department of Corrections as a Corrections Specialist 3 focusing on Graduated Reentry, supervising individuals on electronic home monitoring and facilitating their reintegration into the community. Additional experience includes serving as a Community Corrections Officer, Associate Agent at Redfin, Business Planning Manager at Philips, Real Estate Broker at Commencement Bay Brokers, and a Buyer at Rite in the Rain® All-Weather Writing Paper and Fluke Corporation. Bowen holds an MBA in Criminal Justice Management from Lamar University and a BS in Business Administration from Central Washington University.
