Pat Sparks has extensive experience in information systems, having served in various roles at the City of Kennewick since June 1991, including Senior Systems Analyst, Information Systems Supervisor, and Systems Analyst. Prior experience includes working as a Technician at Data Processing Systems from September 1988 to June 1991 and a Product Support Specialist Intern at Microsoft for a brief period in 1988. Pat began the professional journey as a Computer Operator at Tidymans from April 1984 to April 1988. Pat's educational background includes studies at Eastern Washington University from 1987 to 1988 and graduation from University High School in Spokane Valley, WA, in 1985.
