Tim Casey currently serves as the Director of City Development for the City of Kenosha since October 2020. Prior to this role, Tim was the Director of Economic Development at the Waukesha County Center for Growth, Inc. from September 2016 to October 2020. Tim has extensive academic involvement as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee from September 2010 to December 2016, teaching graduate and undergraduate courses in Urban Planning and Local Economic Development. Tim's previous experience includes serving as the Economic Development Administrator for the City of Brookfield and as a board member for the Milwaukee County Research Park, among other leadership roles in various organizations. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Science - Criminal Justice from Michigan State University and a Master's in Urban Planning from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
