Delilah Walsh currently holds the position of City Manager and KPU General Manager for the City of Ketchikan since October 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Utilities Director and Assistant Utilities Director for the City of Las Cruces from July 2019 to October 2022, and as County Manager for Socorro County from January 2009 to June 2019. Delilah's career began at First State Bank, where responsibilities included serving as Vice President from November 1999 to December 2008, focusing on administration, marketing, human resources, management, and policy development. Delilah Walsh earned a Master of Engineering Management from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology in 2010 and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the same institution in 1997.
