Felicity Nolder

Felicity Nolder currently serves as the Assistant Director of Recruitment and Admission at the University of Dayton since June 2023, following their role as Community Relations Coordinator at YWCA Dayton from July 2022 to June 2023. Nolder has experience in special event planning with the City of Kettering Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Arts since December 2021, and briefly worked as an Admin and Recruitment Temporary Employee for the Marianist Province of the United States in early 2023. Previously, Nolder was a Graduate Assistant at the University of Dayton, where coordination of community engagement opportunities for undergraduate students was a key responsibility. Additional experience includes serving as an Immersion Trip Leader at the Appalachian Institute at Wheeling Jesuit University and as a Writing Tutor at its Academic Resource Center. Nolder holds a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Dayton and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from Wheeling University.
