Holly Black

Holly Black has extensive experience in engineering and compliance, currently serving as the Energy Services Engineering and Compliance Specialist at the City of Kings Mountain since January 1999, alongside a role as Director of Codes Administration. Prior to this, Holly Black worked as the Building Official for Cleveland County from 1994 to 1998 and as the Director of Visual Merchandising for the Carolinas Group at Dillards from 1990 to 1993. Holly Black holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Western Carolina University, obtained between 1983 and 1986, and attended Brevard College from 1982 to 1983.
