Michelle Thibeau

Michelle Thibeau is an accomplished Systems Analyst with extensive experience in data management and project coordination, currently employed by the City of Kingston since July 2017. Notable contributions include planning and overseeing the successful data conversion from the City View system to the Accela system, along with supporting the upgrade and implementation of various projects within the Building Department. Previously, Michelle served as a Volunteer Coordinator for the Northumberland Humane Society, where event management and volunteer recruitment were key responsibilities. Prior roles at RBC included Configuration Management Analyst positions, where project management and software release management were primary functions. Earlier experience included technical support at Imperial Oil Canada and teaching at Richmond & Inverness District School Boards. Michelle Thibeau holds three degrees from St. Francis Xavier University, including a Bachelor of Information Systems and a Bachelor of Education.
