Brenda Carmo

Brenda Carmo is a results-driven professional currently serving as a Jr Systems Analyst at Icaro Tech since January 2023, with a strong background in technical support, integration development, and Business Intelligence. Previously, Brenda held the role of Development Full Stack Intern, where agility and team collaboration were enhanced through the Scrum methodology. Additionally, Brenda gained valuable experience as an IT Support Intern at Ativy, successfully managing a high volume of support tickets and ensuring user satisfaction. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas, along with technical training from Senai São Paulo and English proficiency from Cultura Inglesa at the Upper Intermediate B2 level.
