Patti Niles

Community Case Manager at City of Kingston

Patti Niles has extensive experience in community service and education, serving as a Community Case Manager in the Employment Assistance Program for the City of Kingston since September 1988. Prior to this role, Patti worked as a Daycare Teacher and Coordinator at Oakwood Preschool from September 1988 to December 1999, focusing on preschool education. Earlier career experience includes a position as a Cashier in the Catalogue Department at Sears Canada in late 1985. Educational qualifications include an Early Childhood Education Certificate and diploma from St. Lawrence College, a high school diploma from Smith Falls & District Collegiate Institute, and a Career Employment Coach Certificate from Winnipeg Transition Centre/Humber College, with ongoing studies since 2010. Patti also participated in mediation education at the Mediation Centre of Southeastern Ontario between 2013 and 2015.
