Lidia Galeas Giron

Lidia Galeas Giron currently serves as a Community Health Case Manager at Seminole County Government, focusing on patient advocacy and care coordination. Previously, Lidia was a Fronk Scholar Peer Educator at Stetson University, addressing heroin addiction and managing a donor-funded grant. Lidia has also worked as a Community Health Coordinator for Hispanic Health Initiatives, contributing to successful grant proposals, and completed an internship in nonprofit management at Grace Medical Home, where a Peer-to-Peer toolkit was created. Additional experience includes a research internship at the National Center for Farmworker Health and serving as a Community Care Health Coach at AdventHealth, supporting low-income patients. Lidia's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Stetson University and an Associate of Arts in Biomedical Sciences from Seminole State College of Florida.
