Scott Rogers

Scott Rogers has over a decade of experience in systems analysis, currently serving in this role at the City of Kingston, Ontario since May 2010. Prior to this position, Scott worked as an HR Coordinator and Senior Technical Recruiter at SNC-Lavalin PAE from August 2006 to May 2008. Scott holds a diploma in Computer Networking and Technical Support from St. Lawrence College, earned between 2008 and 2010, as well as a diploma in Human Resources Management from St. Lawrence College, completed from 2001 to 2004.
