Brian Baker

Brian Baker has over 15 years of experience in capital project management, currently serving as Capital Projects Supervisor at the City of Kirkland since May 2016, following roles as Senior Capital Projects Coordinator and Capital Projects Coordinator. Prior to this, Brian worked as a Project Manager at O'Neill Service Group from December 2010 to May 2016 and as a Project Engineer at PCL Construction from June 2007 to April 2010. Brian's career began with an internship at HW Lochner in 2005. Brian holds a Bachelor's of Science in Construction Management from Central Washington University, earned between 2001 and 2007.
