Xiaoning Jiang

Xiaoning Jiang has extensive experience in the field of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and technology, with a career spanning from 1994 to the present. Currently serving as the Resilience & Technology Officer for the City of Kirkland since October 2000, Xiaoning has also held various roles including Deputy IT Director, IT-GIS Manager, and GIS Administrator. Prior to this, positions included Lead GIS Analyst and Senior GIS Programmer at the City of Bellevue, and Principal GIS Consultant at JaxTech, Inc. Additionally, experience includes roles as Senior GIS Programmer/Analyst at King County, WA, and Lead GIS Analyst/Programmer at Dames & Moore.
