Nabil Muhaisen has extensive experience in civil engineering, currently serving as a Traffic Operations Engineer for the City of Kissimmee since February 2016. Prior to this role, Nabil held the position of Assistant Division Manager in the Streets & Stormwater Division at the City of Orlando from 2011 to 2014, and worked as Engineer III at the St. Johns River Water Management District from 1998 to 2011. Nabil holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies, both obtained from the University of Central Florida between 1996 and 1999, and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering, earned from the same institution from 2012 to 2014.
