Noreen Mazorra MPPA, M.Eng., P.Eng. is an experienced professional in engineering and public policy, currently serving as an Engineer for Traffic Operations Signs and Pavement Markings at the City of Ottawa since April 2019. Prior to this role, Noreen held positions as an Industry Analyst at Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada and various engineering roles within the City of Ottawa, including Road Safety Studies, Road Corridor Programs, and Traffic Operations. Noreen also served as a Senior Project Manager at OC Transpo and has experience as a Policy Analyst at Transport Canada and a Research Intern at INFRAGUIDE, National Research Council. Noreen holds a Master of Policy and Public Administration and a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Carleton University, as well as an Ingeniero Civil degree from Universidad Albert Einstein.
