Colleen Thwaites

Colleen Thwaites is an experienced aquatic coordinator and freelance writer with a diverse background in health, fitness, and customer service. Since December 2010, Colleen has held various roles at the City of Kitchener, including Aquatic Resource Clerk and Head Instructor Guard. Colleen has also gained freelance experience as a writer for Rev.com, while previous roles include Customer Care Representative at Sun Life and Warehouse Technician at PepsiCo. Additional experience includes working as an Exercise Therapist Assistant at Schlegel Villages, Wellness Student positions at CAMH and Economical Insurance, and Academic Resource Tutor at Conestoga College. Colleen holds an Honours Bachelor of Applied Science in Kinesiology from the University of Guelph, a Diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion from Humber College, and a Diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion from Conestoga College.
