Marcus Upchurch

Marcus Upchurch has extensive experience in public service and entrepreneurship. Serving as a Lieutenant for the City of La Porte since January 1998, Upchurch has developed a strong background in community safety and leadership. Additionally, from January 2004 to October 2016, Upchurch owned and operated The Smoke Ring Sugar Land, demonstrating skills in business management and customer service.
