James Ostergar

James Ostergar is a skilled professional with a diverse background in politics, education, and event management. Currently serving as Special Assistant to the Lieutenant Governor at the State of Utah since March 2022, James has also held the position of Authentication Specialist on the Lt. Governor's staff. Previous experience includes roles as Campaign Staff at Ally for Utah, Undergraduate Teaching Fellow at Utah State University, Campaign Intern for Cox For Governor, Event Manager at This Is The Place Heritage Park, and Congressional Affairs Fellow with the United States Department of Interior. James is an alumnus of Utah State University and Ensign College, and completed secondary education at Olympus High School.
