Manuel Elizalde

Manuel Elizalde is an experienced professional currently serving as the Community Resources Coordinator for the City of La Quinta since June 2022. Prior roles include working as an Eligibility Technician for the County of Riverside and holding various positions at Apple, including Technical Expert and Technical Specialist. Additionally, Manuel gained valuable experience as the Assistant Food Service Director and Location Manager at Aramark, as well as serving as a Student Lead at UCI Hospitality and Dining. Manuel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from UC Irvine, where studies were completed from 2011 to 2015.
