Molly McCarthy

Molly McCarthy serves as the Community Resources Coordinator at United Way since November 2021, bringing extensive experience in various roles across multiple industries. Previously, Molly held positions such as Assistant Manager at Big Boy® and Manager at Q Smokehouse, where a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction was paramount. As an artist for Ludington Street Pianos, Molly designed and painted pianos for public display, enhancing local culture. Additional experience includes roles at Urgent Care Great Lakes Medical as Medical Coordinator and a solid background in customer service with Metalworks Inc. and Family Video. Molly earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Media Studies from New England College and possesses a Servsafe manager certification with a score of 91%.
