Deborah A. Dogba

Deborah A. Dogba is a highly experienced professional currently serving as a Planning Commissioner for the City of La Vista, where responsibilities include reviewing development proposals and engaging with the public. In addition, Deborah is a member of the Park and Recreation Advisory Committee for The Shadow Project and plays a strategic role as a Trustee. As the Founder and CEO of Business Seals Consulting Firm, LLC, Deborah supports startups and larger companies in the Midwest through innovative processes. Deborah also serves as the Founder and Chief Executive Producer of Afro Swag Media & Magazine, promoting the African Diaspora community. Previous roles include Omaha Center Director at Women's Care Center and Strategic Initiatives & Grants Manager for the Nebraska Department of Education. Deborah holds a Bachelor's degree in Banking and Financial Markets from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology from the University of Lomé, and a Project Management Professional certification from Metropolitan Community College.
