Joe Waldon possesses extensive experience in law enforcement, currently serving as the Personnel and Training Sergeant for the City of Lacey since January 2023. Waldon has held various positions within the Lacey Police Department since November 2017, including Police Sergeant and Operations Sergeant, and initially served as a Patrol Officer. Prior to joining the Lacey Police Department, Waldon worked as a Police Officer/Investigator with the Wenatchee Police Department and as a Deputy Sheriff with the Chelan County Sheriff's Office. Waldon began a law enforcement career as a Police Officer in the City of Chelan and held the position of School Resource Officer in Cusick. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Western Governors University, alongside certifications in Criminal Justice and an award from FBI LEEDA.
