Ryan Andrews has extensive experience in urban planning, currently serving as Planning Manager for the City of Lacey since August 2005, after holding the position of Associate Planner. Prior to this role, Ryan was an Associate Planner for Thurston County Government from April 2004 to August 2005. Ryan began a professional career as a City Planner with the City of Westport from October 2001 to April 2004.
