Human Resources Team

The Human Resources Team at the City of Lacey is responsible for managing all aspects of employee relations, recruitment, training, and benefits administration. They ensure a supportive work environment that fosters employee engagement and development while also implementing policies that align with the city’s vision of a vibrant community. Additionally, the team supports the city's recreational programs by coordinating staffing and resources for community events and facilities.
