Kelly Jennings

Kelly Jennings currently serves as the Mayor of the City of Laguna Niguel, where Kelly oversees the community and ensures its safety and efficient running. Kelly also has experience as the Community Life Director at Mission United Lutheran Church, managing congregational development and outreach efforts. In the past, Kelly held positions at Moulton Niguel Water District, including as an Elected Director and Community Outreach and Assistant to the General Manager.
