Tamara Letourneau is an accomplished city manager with extensive experience in urban management. Currently serving as City Manager for the City of Laguna Niguel, CA since August 2019, Letourneau previously held the position of Assistant City Manager in Costa Mesa from February 2014 to August 2019. Prior to that, Letourneau was a Senior Manager at Management Partners and City Manager for the City of Yorba Linda and the City of Sierra Madre. Letourneau started the career at the City of Claremont as Assistant to the City Manager before advancing to various analytical roles. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Public Administration from California State University, Long Beach, and a Bachelor of Science in Management and Human Resources from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
