Kevin Shirah

Kevin Shirah has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as the Director of Finance and City Treasurer for the City of Lake Forest, CA since June 2011. Previously, Kevin held roles as Assistant Director of Finance and Accounting Manager in the same municipality. Prior to this, Kevin worked as an Audit Manager at Macias Gini & O'Connell LLP from April 2008 to June 2011, and as a Senior Auditor and Staff Auditor at Moreland & Associates, Inc. from August 2003 to March 2008. Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University–Hawaii between 2001 and 2003.
