Dr. Massene Mboup has held various roles in education and leadership, including teaching at Portland French School and currently serving as the City Councilman for the City of Lake Oswego. As the Executive Director of International Leadership Academy and French Instructor at Chemeketa Community College, Dr. Mboup's expertise lies in education, curriculum development, and leadership. With a Doctor of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Portland State University, Dr. Mboup continues to make significant contributions in the field of education.
