Kim Klinkers Pe

Kim Klinkers, PE, currently serves as the City Engineer for the City of Lake Stevens since September 2022. Prior to this role, Kim Klinkers worked as a Senior Engineer for the City of Monroe, WA, from March 2015 to September 2022, and gained experience as a Civil Engineer at Jacobs from March 2008 to March 2015. Kim Klinkers holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington, obtained between 2005 and 2009.
