Andrea Shaner

Andrea Shaner, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as an HR Specialist in Class & Comp for the City of Lakeland, having progressed through roles as HR Analyst in both Class & Comp and Employment Services since joining in June 2017. Prior to this, Andrea held the position of HR Coordinator at Bartow Ford Company from August 2013 to June 2017. Andrea Shaner obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Polk State College.
